Managing Director
With over 25 years experience in the property sector and a Chartered Structural Engineer, Tan has extensive knowledge of site assembly, Design and Procurement. Having worked on prestigious projects with the Capita Group and Monaghans on delivery of Offices, Student Accommodation, Residential and Retail. Tan was the Director in charge of the Birmingham office that successfully completed the Award winning £100m British Library in Birmingham. Tan has an established business network reaching out to UK Institutions, Funds, Private Investors and Banks.

Waseem Khan
Finance Director
Big 4 trained experienced Account Director with a demonstrated history of working in the accounting industry. Skilled in real estate advisory and tax planning for UK and overseas investors working with many of the large developers in the Yorkshire region.
Keen sportsman and interest in the charity sector, The Princes Trust Mosaic mentor of the year, Treasurer of a local charity with turnover or more than £1m.
In addition to accounts preparation of UK limited companies Waseem also specialise in offshore company formations.Current client base include offshore property investors, advising on property acquisitions, tax structures and IHT in addition to UK compliance.
